Regain Balance and Strength in a Safe, Nurturing Environment
Guild offers short-term Intensive Residential Treatment (IRTS) and Crisis Stabilization Services for those with serious and persistent mental illness and co-occurring disorders, who are currently experiencing a crisis or emergency situation. Our sites provide safe, welcoming environments with staff available 24/7 to offer support. Designed with trauma-informed principles, our spaces and programs help individuals regain stability, address immediate challenges and figure out what’s next. The goal is to prevent hospitalization and help individuals heal in the community.
Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS)
We offer Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) for adults. Our facilities, located in Dakota and Scott Counties, offer up to 90 days of structured, 24/7 care. The program focuses on helping individuals achieve psychiatric stability, personal adjustment, and self-sufficiency skills needed for independent living. The goal is to provide a therapeutic environment that reduces the need for hospitalization.
Crisis Stabilization
This residential program offers immediate, short-term support (typically 1–10 days) for adults facing an acute mental health crisis. The primary aim is to safely stabilize the individual outside of a hospital environment, allowing them to maintain community connections and prevent further destabilization. We achieve a 95% stabilization success rate without hospital transfer.
