Building Social Skills and Connection
The Community Support Program (CSP) is a drop-in center in West Saint Paul for individuals living with serious mental illness. This program helps reduce isolation, increase community connections, and improve social skills, all essential aspects of everyday living that improve symptoms and create stability.
Community Support Program (CSP)
The CSP offers an array of services open on weekday afternoons. Activities—staffed by social rehabilitation specialists—include art classes, museum trips, personal finances, fitness groups, and career classes like resume building—and so much more. New members must schedule their first visit by calling, but after that, no appointment is needed.
The program also includes a member council, made up of members who help make decisions and run the center.
