About Us

Guild provides community-based mental health,
housing, and employment services for people
with serious and persistent mental illness.

Whether someone is facing a crisis or working toward greater independence, our team meets people where they are —providing the right support, at the right time, for as long as it’s needed.

We partner with each person to offer personalized support that adapts as their goals and needs change. Our team shows up consistently, responds quickly, and stays connected— helping people build skills, strengthen community supports, and move toward greater independence.

From immediate support to long-term stability, Guild serves as a bridge—connecting individuals to services, community, and opportunities that support their goals and help them thrive.

A Focus on SPMI

Flexible, Empowering Support

At Guild, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to create a life with joy, community, safety, and shelter. To make that possible, we can’t just treat the illness—we have to provide integrated, wraparound support that allows individuals to move from crisis to consistency. That’s why we focus on mental health, housing, and employment—because we know that success and challenges in one place create change in others.

Why Mental Health Services?

40+ Years of Services

Learn More About Our History

Our journey began in the 1970s, when a small group of concerned community members stepped in after a state hospital closed, working to ensure that people discharged from the hospital were able to find stability in their community. Learn how Guild evolved from a compassionate responder to an integrated service provider—blending mental health, housing, and employment to break the cycle of crisis, homelessness, and hospitalization.
